Katie Britt has been a portrait photographer since 2001. She attended college at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art with a minor in Film Studies. After graduating, she worked at a portrait photography studio in Savannah, GA where her love for portrait work truly began. She has completely immersed herself in photography ever since. She is experienced in both film and digital photography and truly loves both. Katie has been the Studio Manager at Elizabeth Galecke Photography since 2003. In 2006 she launched a new digital division of Elizabeth Galecke Photography. Film is still the most archival way to preserve your family history through portraits but for some applications of photography digital just makes more sense. When it’s going straight to the web, straight to print, or for when you needed it yesterday: digital is the way to go. Katie offers a creative line of services to help with all your digital needs.
