| Dog Living comes to the Triangle! |

The once southeastern NC publication for dog enthusiasts is now from the capital to the coast! Dog Living has increased its distribution to the Triangle. Katie is thrilled to be one of the magazine's "Phodographers"!

For those of you already familiar with Katie's photography, in September 2006 she got married!!! She has taken her husband's name, becoming Katie Britt. Business cards and photo credits are still circulating with the name Katie Seitz so be sure to keep an eye out for both.

| Snowflake Animal Rescue |

Katie is volunteering with Snowflake Animal Rescue to photograph some of their rescue animals. The photos will be used on Snowflake's website and posters to promote the animals up for adoption. Images may also be viewed here under in Katie's Portfolio.
Snowflake Animal Rescue is an all volunteer 501(c)3 organization run completely out of foster homes. They are dedicated to rescuing and finding homes for as many cats and dogs in the Raleigh area as possible. http://www.snowflakerescue.org/ |

Katie's photography piece, "The Ghosts of Lowe's Grove", was in the 2006 Through Women's Eyes, By Women's Hands art exhibition. The show ran February 17-26. Please visit http://www.womenspace.org/artshow/2006/about for more details about the art exhibition and The Women's Center of Chapel Hill.
The 2006 show received 506 submissions and of those 127 artists were selected for the show. 5 artists were picked to showcase to promote the show in local newspapers. Katie was chosen to represent the photography category. |
